User Friendly Software Interfaces
Construction: Interfaces are always
designed to be interactive with people using drop down
menus, point and click, multiple
windows and alarm based prompts. Extensions of the
interfaces can include paging to call key operators or maintenance.
The ability to view real time material flows on realistic
looking material handling layouts combined with overlays
of order and inventory information make warehouse management
easy and manageable.
Real-time: ASRS users require easy
to use interfaces for monitoring and controlling material
management. Quick response
to conditions such as jams, communications failures and
other anomaly conditions require interfaces that clearly
display and identify problems, present diagnostic information
at the lowest possible level of materials & I/O and
quickly walk operators through recovery. Retrotech's screens
for PLC and Computer alike are designed to make the process
unique to the client operations.
Reports: ASR Systems
have maintained a large variety of standards for reports,
driven by industry. Retrotech develops
report screens that allow tailoring to occur to let clients
have what they need to run their business. Additional tools
such as Crystal Reports can be integrated to simplify changing
