Paul Deveikis
Paul Deveikis, chief executive officer, joins Retrotech’s leadership team with 30 years of executive level experience in the distribution and materials handling industries.
With a distinguished career with prominent multi-channel companies, Deveikis has become an industry leader and expert in materials handling systems and solutions for distribution canters and e-fulfillment businesses.
Deveikis earned his degree at the University of Illinois-Chicago.
Prior to joining the Retrotech team, Deveikis, was the President of Wynright's Engineering and Integration unit for seven years.

Peter Hartman
Peter Hartman, president, began his Retrotech career as product manager before being named president in 2006.
As president, Hartman focuses on establishing value propositions and forward thinking, while developing a culture of “a knowledge worker business.”
Hartman’s efforts allow for the company to consistently meet the needs of customers by developing effective internal communication.
A graduate of MIT, Hartman’s industry expertise has evolved from electrical engineering, software engineering to systems engineering. Hartman is a member of the International Council on Systems Engineering. He is most proud of the fact that he led the introduction of ACTIV System technology into North America.

Steve Beyer
Steve Beyer, director of business development, joined the Retrotech team in 2010. His responsibilities include customer and market engagement.
With a deep understanding of the marketplace and attentiveness to detail for client needs, Beyer helps clients implement mutually beneficial solutions. Through his leadership, Retrotech is better able to improve the quality of people’s lives, safely and cost-effectively.
Steve Beyer has experience in technology development, sales and marketing; nanotechnology; and high-performance organization building. He earned his B.A. in Political Science at Allegheny College and is a member of the Product Development and Management Association and the Licensing Executive Society.

Ray Griffa
Ray Grifa, director of operations, is responsible for the oversight of all operational areas of Retrotech, including pre-sales support and project execution.
With 22 years of experience with Retrotech and 30 years of overall industry experience, Griffa has developed expertise in project and plant management.
Griffa is one of the founders of live system retrofits and managed the first live retrofit system completed in the U.S. A graduate of St. John Fisher College, Griffa is also a member of the International Council on Systems Engineering.
Prior to joining Retrotech, he was the vice president of programs for Hartman Rack Products.

Geoff Hitchings
Geoff Hitching, director of strategy, is responsible for leading the development and communication strategy for Retrotech. This responsibility involves organizing and coordinating employee teams to efficiently drive strategic initiatives while aligning all processes, tools, and employees with Retrotech’s mission. A seven year veteran of the company, he previously served as engineering manager.
Hitchings earned his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from RIT and his M.B.A. from the University of Rochester.

Teri Rhuma
Teri Rhuma, human resources manager, joined the Retrotech leadership team in 2011. As a self-proclaimed human resources generalist, Rhuma works with her department to ensure all human resource efforts—including recruiting, retention, compensation, benefits, and employee relations—match Retrotech’s strategic goals.
A 24-year industry veteran, Rhuma earned her B.S. in Organizational Management at Roberts Wesleyan College. She is a member in the Society for Human Resources Management and an active member in the Rochester Business Alliance’s senior human resources small company forums.
Prior to working for Retrotech, Rhuma spent 13 years of her career as the human resources manager at Terphane Inc.

John Ryan
John Ryan, finance director, is responsible for Retrotech’s fiscal forecasting, budgeting, and business analytics.
Previous to Ryan’s two years as finance director with Retrotech, he was a certified public accountant in the accounting industry and garnered experience in executive finance roles in both private and publically held companies.
Ryan earned a B.S. in Accounting at Binghamton University, and is an active member of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Ryan is also involved with youth sports and local charities, including the United Way Young Leader’s Club.
