Tactical Marketing Specialist

POSITION SUMMARY:

Manage Retrotech Prospect Development and Management Process to identify, nurture, and develop prospects into Modernizations and New System project opportunities.  Tactical Marketing Specialist will develop and execute tactical plans in support of marketing strategies with responsibility for lead generation, market communications, customer relationship management, and sales support and develop reports to document progress towards goals.  Primary responsibility is to identify targets of opportunity for automated material handling systems by offering relevant content of high perceived value so Retrotech can generate responses with sufficient contact and needs information to enable development of online relationships

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Position requires an intelligent, innovative, detail oriented, analytical, self-motivated individual with strong planning, communication and interpersonal skills and experience in online marketing. Strong written skills a must.

 

·         Bachelor's or Master's Degree in relevant field of work or equivalent combination of education and work related experience.

·         Proficiency with SalesForce.com & MS Office 

·         Experience in database management 

·         Ability to travel15 % of  the time

 

Responsibilities: 

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Identify business opportunities and create demand for automated storage and retrieval systems projects.  Establish and maintain positive, professional, and productive business relationships with customers and potential customers. Develop and facilitate scopes of work; and documents to initiate, maintain and drive the sales funnel.

 

SPECIFIC DUTIES:

  • Maintain and update Marketing Calendar: PR, newsletters, blogs, etc. 
  • Develop & implement tactical plans: trade shows, ads, direct mail, website, etc.
  • Develop and issue online marketing content and track effectiveness
  • Track Responses & Qualified Leads disposition: SOW, Proposal, Close, or Nurture.
  • Manage Customer Relationships, nurturing process, maintain database
  • Ensure value messages are integrated into all outbound communications
  • Manage corporate identification of stationary, brochures, proposal folders, etc.
  • Manage asset database: images, PowerPoint, videos, brochures, case studies, etc.
  • Develop & create sales tools & support materials targeting specific segments.
  • Work with vendors including website, multi-media developers, and graphic designers
  • Coordinate Invoice payments and track against allocated budget
  • Conduct primary and secondary market research as necessary
  • Capture direct campaign communication marketing data
  • Make recommendations for enhancements to the marketing database
  • Assess overall ROI of investments by retaining and reporting information on a per campaign and per prospect level
